How To Find Missing PR & Events
If you did not place within the top 10,000 players, the event will not show on your profile, nor will you earn PR.
After your event has finished, please allow 48 hours for your PR or event to appear on your profile. Please note, we do not award PR for all events, we will not award PR for events without a prize pool or non-competitive events.
If 48 hours have passed, and your PR or event seems to be missing, it's likely you just need to adjust your filters on your events page.
If you played Zero Build events, you need to make sure to select "ZB [Region you played in]".
In rare cases, some events are bugged on Epic's side. We do our best to fix these, keep an eye on our Twitter account, we post updates there.

Can you remove my Power Ranking and Event statistics?
Our blanket answer to any type of account reset is “no”. If we did it ‘just for you’ then everyone would have to be given access to it.
I have less PR now than before
Time decay is what you’re likely referring to. After a certain time frame, your previous events will be worth less and less Power Ranking as an incentive to perform in new events. There’s also a slight off chance that we retroactively changed an event PR multiplier, but we’ll always announce those changes.
My Power Ranking amount doesn’t match the number displayed on the graph
The Power Ranking number that shows up on your events page is filtered by default to your main region and platform. The graph, however, is cumulative between all regions and platforms. As a result, your PR will usually be slightly higher on the graph than the filtered result.
My Power Ranking is greyed out while my teammate received PR
When any of your teammates end up playing with another team in the same event window and performing better, your team’s Power Ranking is nullified. This is to mitigate boosters that have previously abused this (now patched) loophole.
I was supposed to receive X Power Ranking for this Event but received less
It takes time for our servers to process your Power Ranking, especially right after an event window closes. Give it a few hours before contacting us. It’ll resolve itself 99.9% of the time.
I don’t see an event I played in
You need to be within the top 10,000 of an event for us to track you. This is done to keep our servers from collapsing. Thank you in advance for understanding.
