I can't find my profile
You must search by your Epic Games username, you cannot search by Gamertag or PSN username.
If you're unsure what your Epic Games username is, follow our guide here.
Note: We do not support Nintendo Switch or mobile players.
I don't appear on the leaderboards
Please allow 1 hour for leaderboards to refresh and check again. Use your browser's search function (ctrl+f) to search your name.
For regional leaderboards:
1. Make sure you've linked your Epic Games account here.
2. Add your geo location to your account here.
3. Wait 24 hours.
My win streak is incorrect
This stat updates twice per day, please be patient. Your games cannot be grouped, it will not detect as a streak. Keep your Fortnite Tracker profile open whilst playing, or upgrade to premium to keep your profile updated and avoid grouped matches.
We will NOT manually adjust your stats under any circumstances, please do not ask.

In order to add your organisation to your Fortnite Tracker profile, or create a team page, we require the following criteria.
If you meet this criteria, join our Fortnite Tracker Discord server, READ information presented to you carefully, then create a ticket.
The ticket response time is stated within your ticket once you create it. Please be patient. If you wish your ticket to be answered quicker, upgrade to premium BEFORE opening your ticket.
