Compatibility

First of all, if you weren't aware, the app only works if you are playing the game on PC, the app has to be on the same PC which you're playing the game on, it does not work for console or GeForce NOW (or other streaming platforms) players.


Check The Service Status Within The App

Currently, in most cases, when there is a new game patch, the Overwolf team needs to re-enable their API so things will work as intended. There is a service status in the app that indicates if the app is having issues, or if everything is working normally. 


The Service Status Is Green, The App's Still Not Working In Live Matches.

In most cases, issues can be resolved by:

1. Closing Marvel Rivals.

2. Closing Overwolf from your system tray, like so:

3. Opening the Marvel Rivals Tracker app.

4. Ensuring the "Game Integration" option is ENABLED within the app settings. 

5. Launching Marvel Rivals.


I Can't See The App's Overlay In-Game

  1. Close Marvel Rivals
  2. Check your "Game Integration" setting is enabled. Check the image above.
  3. If you have "MSI Afterburner", "RivaTuner" or "Razer Synapse" installed, please fully close them or uninstall these programs.


The App's Still Not Working In Live Matches.
