If you're seeing the error message '401 Unauthorized' on the TRN Mobile App dashboard this usually signifies that the user has changed a user ID for a specific platform (Such as Epic Games) but has not updated that change within the app.
Fixing this issue is straightforward:
1) Click on the 'More' icon on the bottom left of the app and then click on 'settings
2) From here click on the 'Account' option which will redirect you to our linking page. Alternatively, you can use this link: Tracker Network - Manage Linked Accounts (thetrackernetwork.com)
3) Remove your outdated ID by clicking on the small 'Trash' icon for your selected platforms
4) Once the old ID is deleted, click back onto your platform of choice and relink your account again and make sure this now displays the correct ID.
Once this is complete, simply restarting the application should resolve these issues.
