Unfortunately, with Apex Legends, we cannot view an account's previous season data UNLESS they were an active member of our site. (We manually started to store user ranks in Season 13)
For example, suppose you placed in the Diamond ranking during season 19 but only searched your profile on Apex Tracker in season 20. Unfortunately, we don't have any references for your position in season 19.
For users who remain active on our site, we will, however, store your ranks moving forward:
