I Can't Sign-In, Or I'm Stuck In a Sign-In Loop

Often, an out-of-sync system clock is the cause of this issue.

If you're on a PC:

1. Close your browser 

2. Navigate to your Windows settings, then Date & Time.

3. Select "Sync Now".

4. Try to sign-in on our site again.


Note: If you are still experiencing issues and trying to login from fortnitetracker.com, please try logging in from a different page other than the home/ events page (e.g. leaderboard page, profile page).


If you're on a mobile:

1. Navigate to your device settings, then Date & Time.

2. Select Sync Now, make sure your clock is correct for your current time zone, or enable "Set Time Automatically".
