Frequently Asked Questions
Why does an in-game ban appear on my profile?
Ubisoft allow us to see which players have been banned/ temporarily suspended, and for what reason. We display this information on player profiles, it allows you to check if a cheater/ toxic player you encountered has been punished. We also hope it encourages players to improve their behaviour in-game.
When a player has been banned/ temporarily suspended, they will disappear from our leaderboards, and won't have TRN ranks/ stat percentiles, or a profile view counter.
I've been unbanned, why does the ban information stay on my profile?
The section on the site shows "Ban History", not just current ban status. We can't tell if you've been unbanned, you'll need to play 3 matches (not custom or arcade matches) for the ban information to be removed from your profile.
Please note, we do not remove bans for "Toxic Behaviour", or "DDoS".
I don't see a ban message on my profile, I think I'm banned from your leaderboards?
Firstly, check your account is level 120, and played ranked in the last 10 days. This is a requirement to appear on the leaderboards. Please allow 24 hours for your leaderboard position to show up on our site after meeting these requirements.
If you've abused in-game matchmaking or abused profile view counts, you may be removed from our leaderboards. These decisions are permanent and will not be reversed. We do not accept ban reports through support channels.
