Does The Apex Tracker Desktop App Work For Steam Players?

Yes! The Apex Tracker desktop app works for both EA/Origin & Steam players.


Please note: Every Steam player still has an EA/Origin account, it's a requirement. 

If you're unsure what your EA/Origin username is, you can find it within the EA launcher and also within emails from EA. If you still can't find your username, contact EA support.


I Play On Steam, The App Isn't Detecting My Profile.

You'll need to enter your EA/Origin username in the search bar top left, not your steam username.



Alternatively, play a few matches with the app open. We can normally detect your profile automatically.


If your profile still isn't linking, please follow the steps below:


  • Quit Apex Legends
  • Close Overwolf from your system tray like so:
  • Open our Apex Tracker app.
  • Launch Apex and play a few matches.
