My Account Is Private
If your stats are appearing as private, or you are seeing the incorrect Riot account, please read the following:
Firstly, please navigate to our homepage and login using the button shown. Make sure you log into the correct account if you have multiple accounts.
A Different Riot Account Keeps Appearing When Signing-In
We advise completing the following steps using an incognito/ private browser window. How to use a incognito/ private window on Chrome or Firefox. If you don’t use an incognito/ private window, there’s a chance you apply the following steps to the incorrect account or re-sign into the incorrect account.
Step 1. Please go to https://account.riotgames.com/ and sign into the account you wish to make public.
Step 2. Go to: https://tracker.gg/valorant and sign in using the button shown above.
Unsupported Usernames
If your Riot ID has a SPACE at the end of the name or tag, you need to remove the SPACE from your ID here. We do not support IDs with spaces.
Unsupported Regions
Currently, the official Riot API does not support players in mainland China. We're hoping we can support this region soon.
