For some titles, such as Fortnite, R6, Apex, Rocket League, your matches in your match history may be grouped together. This can happen if you didn't check your tracker profile between each match.
How to prevent the issue in the future:
- Keep your profile page open on our site/mobile app whilst you're playing.
- TRN Premium automatically refreshes your profile 24/7 to prevent grouped matches.

First steps
Make sure you've linked your game account to your TRN Premium account here. If you're seeing grouped matches on Fortnite for example, make sure your Epic Games account is linked.
My account is linked, I'm still getting grouped matches.
Sometimes, when the game publisher's API (we use this to see your matches) is down while you are playing, we might get the data on all the matches that you played combined together, which might make your match history look a bit different compared to a regular uptime.
