If you're having issues finding your profile you will need to follow the following steps:
1. Go to https://companion-api.battlefield.com/companion/
2. Sign in using your EA/Xbox/Psn Account. If you are Xbox or PSN, please sign in w/ Xbox/PSN, not your email.
3. Click on the Battlefield 1 section to go to your BF1 Career page.
5. Make sure you are looking at battlefield 1 career. The URL should end with /career/12345678/bf1 (12345678 will be your number)
4. Copy the page URL.
5. Paste it in the search box on Battlefield Tracker. Make sure your platform is selected as well!
If the Battlefield 1 section says "Get it Now" or a similar phrase go to the Settings menu of the Career page (Top Right corner -> Settings) and change to the correct profile, then follow the steps again.
This will allow us to fetch your profile. However we won't be able to attach it to your gamertag. The display name on the page and leaderboards will look similar to 'Profile_202373691'. You can now lookup your profile using the name you've just been assigned, it should be easily accessible via the Recent players list.
Once we've figured out a way to properly display your gamertag, we will update your profile automatically.
